We are looking for energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to support our sales team by handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into sales. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales inquiries Understand customer requirements and explain products/services Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Update customer details and interactions in CRM systems Coordinate with senior sales team members

Required Skills:

Good communication and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge Confidence and positive attitude Willingness to learn sales techniques

Preferred Skills:

Experience or interest in sales or customer handling Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) Freshers are welcome
