Job Role: Sales Executive - IT Services & Upwork Bidding

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can manage both local IT sales and international Upwork bidding activities.

Key Responsibilities

IT Sales (Domestic Clients)

Identify and connect with potential clients in Dehradun and across India. Explain IT services (Web Development, ERP, CRM, Apps, Hosting, etc.). Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and local networking. Schedule demos and coordinate with technical teams. Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and daily activity logs. Achieve monthly sales targets.

Upwork Bidding (International Clients)

Search and identify relevant IT projects on Upwork. Write customized, high-quality proposals. Communicate with international clients through Upwork messages. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scope, and delivery. Track bidding performance and improve success rates.

Requirements

Freshers or 0-1 year

experience in

IT Sales

or

Upwork bidding.

Candidates from Dehradun or nearby areas are preferred.

Strong English communication (written + verbal). Basic understanding of IT, software, and web services. Negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills. Target-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.
