The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM tools regularly.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in sales is an advantage (freshers can also apply if specified).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
