Strong communication and interpersonal skills for efficient telecalling and customer engagement
Basic administrative skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and office organization
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications such as MS Office
Time management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage workflows effectively
Understanding of educational materials and industry trends is a plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent education level, and prior experience in similar roles is preferred

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
Good communication skills
Must be familiar with local areas
