Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate prices, terms, and closing deals effectively.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and competitor activities.
Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team and management.
Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical specifications when required.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, billing, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
Follow up on payments and assist in resolving customer issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3-5 years of sales experience
(freshers may also apply depending on industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid driver's license (if field sales).
