Job Description

Sales Associate/Assistant/Representative:

Greets customers, answers questions, processes sales, manages displays, aims to meet individual targets.

Counter Sales Executive:

Often focused on specific counters, handling sales at that point.

Retail Sales Executive:

Broad role, often involves more proactive selling and meeting store goals.

Sales Generation:

Upselling, cross-selling, achieving daily/monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of products/services to offer solutions.

Store Operations:

Maintaining visual merchandising, stock replenishment, cleaning, opening/closing tasks.

Transaction Handling:

Using POS systems, managing cash/cards, processing returns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
