Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Salesperson with a background in Marketing/Business Management (BD/MBA) and at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. The role involves working on leads, cold calling, client negotiations, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Handle company-provided leads and generate business through cold calls.
Manage and analyze client data to identify potential opportunities.
Build strong client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet sales goals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
Share insights on client requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Requirements:
BD/MBA in Marketing/Business Management (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
