Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in assigned territories.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate product solutions.
Product Expertise & Technical Support
Develop deep knowledge of the company's
sealants, adhesives, and related products
.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection, application, and best practices.
Coordinate with supplier for complex customer requirements.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, track progress, and report updates to management.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and CRM updates.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide feedback to management regarding new products, market gaps, and potential promotions.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or issues.
Organize product demonstrations, training, and presentations for customers.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
