Established in 2022, KeyCare Drugs Private Limited is an innovative leader in the manufacture and marketing of medical, diagnostic, and laboratory consumables. We specialize in products such as blood collection tubes and accessories, as well as a range of laboratory disposables.

Experience-1-2 years

Qualification: Any Graduation, preferably (B.com, B.Sc, BBA, MBA)

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales revenue by engaging with customers and prospects primarily through phone, email, and other virtual communication methods. They identify, qualify, and nurture leads, build relationships, and close sales deals, all while working from an office or remote location. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify potential customers, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for the product or service.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport, communicate product features and benefits, and address customer inquiries and concerns through various virtual channels.

Sales Closing:

Guide customers through the sales process, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize sales agreements.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, potentially upselling or cross-selling to them, according to Indeed.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Track sales activities and provide regular sales reports

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers, according to Indeed.

Collaboration:

Work with other sales team members, marketing, and support teams to achieve sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Sales Skills:

Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, qualification, closing deals, and relationship building.

Customer Service Skills:

A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs.

Negotiation Skills: Ability

to negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
