Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Representative to drive sales of our organic soap products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with retailers and customers, and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Saraswathi Organics' range of organic soaps to retail outlets, wellness stores, and direct customers. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Identify new business opportunities and sales channels (online and offline). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education to clients. Collect market feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product development teams. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for sustainability and natural products. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Marketing, or related field.
