Job Description

Generate and nurture leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and site visits. Conduct market research to identify property values, client needs, and competitor offerings. Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits for prospective buyers. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant transaction process. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, pricing strategies, and mortgage financing. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the client and the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Prepare and present sales documentation, contracts, and reports. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
