Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new customers, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of filters, lubricants, and earth-moving spares. This role requires field visits, relationship-building skills, and strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers in construction, mining, and earth-moving sectors.
Promote and sell products such as filters, hydraulic hoses, lubricants, and spare parts.
Develop strong relationships with equipment owners, purchase managers, and mechanics.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or daily reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and customer support.
Participate in exhibitions and promotional campaigns as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferred in construction machinery, automotive spares, or industrial products).
Minimum qualification: Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical background preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
