To strengthen our presence in India, we are looking for a
highly motivated Paper Sales Representative
with strong industry knowledge and a passion for results.
Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned
sales targets and budgets
Develop and grow
decorative paper sales
across the Indian market
Conduct
regular client meetings and negotiations
Expand and manage the
dealer and distributor network
Collect and analyze
market intelligence
, industry trends, and competitor activities
Train and support
regional sales representatives
Maintain accurate and timely
sales reports
using CRM tools
Provide complete sales process updates to the reporting manager
Ensure compliance with
labor safety, fire safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Proven experience in
sales
within:
Decorative paper
CPL / HPL
Furniture or wood-based industries
Willingness to travel extensively (
up to 80%
)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
Valid
Driver's License (Category B)
Willingness to use a
personal vehicle for business travel
English proficiency - C1 level
