to be the face of our boutique. You will be the first person our clients see and the last person they interact with during checkout. Your goal is to provide a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks, appointments, and point-of-sale operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Greet every client with a professional and warm demeanor. Manage the "check-in" process for high-end clients or those with styling appointments.
Appointment Coordination:
Manage the boutique's calendar, schedule fittings or personal shopping sessions, and send reminders to clients via phone or email.
Checkout & POS:
Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash/card payments, and ensure all items are beautifully packaged and gift-wrapped according to brand standards.
Inquiry Handling:
Answer incoming calls and social media inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, and store hours.
Customer Database:
Maintain and update the customer loyalty database, ensuring contact details and preferences are recorded for future marketing.
Sales Support:
Assist the floor sales team during busy periods by managing the fitting room queue or offering refreshments to waiting clients.
