for premium retail showrooms. We are looking for a high-energy
Field Sales Specialist
who loves being on the road, meeting business owners, and closing deals.
If you have experience selling software, SaaS solutions, or tech products to retail shop owners and enjoy the thrill of direct sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Visits & Prospecting:
Visit retail showrooms and high-street stores daily to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct high-impact demos of our SaaS solution using a tablet, showing shop owners how our technology helps them convert walk-ins into paying customers.
Deal Closing:
Handle the entire sales cycle from introduction to negotiation and signing the contract.
Relationship Management:
Build strong rapport with store owners and managers to ensure long-term subscriptions and referrals.
Market Feedback:
Act as the eyes and ears of the company, gathering market insights and competitor feedback to help us improve.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in
Field Sales
or
Direct Sales
, preferably in SaaS, Retail Tech, Telecom, or Banking (POS/Merchant Acquisition).
Language Skills:
Tamil:
Native/Fluent (Must be able to converse freely with local shop owners).
English:
Professional proficiency (For reporting and software demos).
Hindi:
Added advantage (For communicating with non-local staff/managers often found in retail).
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using tablets (iPad/Android) and mobile apps to demonstrate software products.
Attitude:
Hunter mindset. You should be comfortable walking into a store cold, striking up a conversation, and turning a "No" into a "Yes."
Logistics:
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel within the city.
