Job Description



The sales executive will be responsible for generating new business for the agency through cold calling, video presentations, and online outreach. They should excel at pitching services to potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships--all while being comfortable acting in front of the camera for promotional or explainer videos.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new clients through research, cold calls, emails, and digital outreach. Make persuasive sales pitches both over the phone and on video to effectively communicate your agency's value proposition. Conduct live or recorded video demonstrations and agency promotions to attract prospects. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, managing the full sales pipeline and keeping CRM records up-to-date. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeated business. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and strategies for video and digital outreach. Keep up with trends and competitor activities in digital marketing.
Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably with a digital marketing agency or similar background. Strong cold-calling skills, including confidence, resilience, objection handling, active listening, and follow-up discipline. Excellent verbal and video communication skills, with confidence to act in live or recorded video content. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency with CRM tools and online communication platforms. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple sales activities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Has previous sales experience in a digital marketing or tech-driven environment. Is comfortable speaking and acting on camera, ideally with some video or content creation experience. Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills--both on calls and in videos.expertia+1? Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
