Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking Present and promote financial products and services to prospective customers Understand client requirements and recommend suitable loan/finance solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to process applications smoothly Track sales performance and report regularly to the management team

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales, finance, or customer service roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with the ability to handle targets and deadlines Basic understanding of financial products and business loans Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
