Sales Representative

to join our team and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries (calls, messages, emails, social media) and convert leads into confirmed bookings Explain service packages, pricing, and deliverables clearly to potential clients Maintain follow-up schedules and build strong client relationships Track daily/weekly sales activities and report Coordinate with the photography and operations team for seamless onboarding of new clients Contribute to improving sales scripts and closing strategies Represent the brand professionally with warmth, clarity, and confidence Achieve monthly booking/sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client-facing roles (photography/creative industry is a plus) Excellent communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is a bonus) Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic understanding of photography services or willingness to learn Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead management systems Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
