Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, support, product) to improve the customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role (B2B or B2C preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
