Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on growing the customer base for ERP solutions across the South Region.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
Market Expansion
: Identify new business opportunities within the region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
Sales Strategy
: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
Travel
: Regular travel throughout the South Region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and engage in face-to-face presentations.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with the marketing, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of ERP solutions.
Product Knowledge
: Stay up to date on ERP software products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.
Sales Reporting
: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Experience
