Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products such as furniture, electronics, utilities, and tiles, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience. Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements. Explain product features, benefits, and specifications across furniture, electronics, utilities, and tiles categories. Provide product demonstrations and guide customers to the right choice. Maintain updated knowledge of product inventory, promotions, and offers. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Support in billing, order processing, and coordinating deliveries. Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangements. Assist in stock checks and inventory management. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Minimum Graduate (any stream). Freshers are welcome; experience in retail sales is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing processes (training will be provided). Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
