Sales Executive - Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:



Actively generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to prospective customers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the Oragadam project. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain and update the CRM with customer details, follow-ups, and sales progress. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events. Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to the management.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred). 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate sales or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
