A local and nationally represented company specialising in the supply, installation and maintenance of products for the vertical lifting industry is looking for a Sales Executive to further grow our elevator business unit in India.
Job Summary
To lead existing client development and to support new business acquisition and generate all RK Lifts products leads in Chennai Location. Take ownership of client accounts as day to day point of contact. Responsible for sales calling on the existing and potential client base in set area. To be based in Chennai.
Primary duties and Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets across all relevant lines of business
Make sales calls and visits to customers
Present RK Lifts products to the customer in a professional manner, includingunderstanding the overall business, customers, technology, operations andprocesses.
Undertake site meeting in order to gather information and measurementsrequired to quote accurately and timeously.
Follow-ups with client /architects/Consultants for tenders/quotationssubmitted
Preparing documents which are required to process awarded contracts as wellas the preparation of drawings and order data to suppliers
Ensuring applicable approval of drawings and other information from client/ /architects/Consultants in order to accurately and timeously place orders fromsuppliers
Support the business in resolving and negotiating issues with T's and C's,project communication, payment collections and customer issues, both internally and external
Negotiation with Client for technical and commercial, contractual commitments.
Coordinating and supporting other various departments to process the job as committed to client with systematic project management.
Perform administrative paperwork to effectively perform sales function
Regularly review progress with the management team.
Ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as required
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should:
have a proven track record in the sales and marketing of complex technicalproducts
have experience in managing complicated projects, previous lift experiencebeneficial
Bachelor in any degree and not less than 2 to 3 years of experience in the salesof Lift technical products and solutions
