Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Visits: Regularly meet doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to promote Phaarmaaone products and generate prescriptions. Product Promotion: Present scientific information clearly and persuasively using visual aids, samples, and digital tools. Chemist and Stockist Interaction: Ensure availability and visibility of products through regular follow-ups with chemists and stockists. Territory Management: Plan and execute daily field visits effectively within the assigned territory to achieve monthly sales targets. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, new launches, and report feedback from the field to the management. Reporting: Maintain daily call reports, prescription audits, and sales tracking via the company CRM or reporting format. Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to build brand loyalty. Events & CME Participation: Actively participate in medical camps, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or any discipline (science background preferred). 0-3 years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively. Basic computer and smartphone literacy for reporting and e-detailing.
