Role : The purpose of your role is to effectively associate in driving sales and support the business to grow.

What would be your Responsibilities?

Your

key responsibilities

include, but, not limited to :

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide valuable support to the sales team and enhance client relationships. Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients. Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining the benefits and generate interest. Handle Inbound calls, address inquiries from existing or potential customers, providing solutions and support. Foster positive relationships with both existing and potential clients, building rapport and trust.

Qualifications :

Graduation or equivalent Fluent communication in Tamil language

Previous experience or internship in telecalling, sales, or customer service is added advantage

Language : English and Tamil Basic computer skills

Key Behavioral Skills :

Ability to meet daily and weekly targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil Ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns. Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
