Proven experience in a similar sales role.
Proficiency in English and Tamil; additional languages are an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Familiarity with key sales concepts such as sales scripts, and soft selling techniques.
Proficient in using relevant computer programs, including CRM software.
Willingness to understand and stay updated on the features, specifications, and performance benchmarks of various hardware components and systems.
Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally.
Exceptional negotiation skills, with a strong ability to resolve issues and address customer concerns.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Qualify and filter leads based on requirements and purchase potential.
Engage customers through inquiry to understand their needs and close sales effectively.
Delegate qualified leads to the technical sales team for further action.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about product updates and new features.
Achieve lead conversion targets as per the established benchmarks.
Conduct follow-up calls with existing and potential customers to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
Monitor and communicate the status of customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
Compile and report recurring complaints or inquiries to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Actively participate in monthly sales meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.
