Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to buy or sell properties.
Provide information about real estate services, properties, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in real estate fresher also can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.
Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
