Job Description

Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and eager to close sales over the phone while building lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business prospects daily.

Present and promote company products/service to decision-makers in a clear, confident manner.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Schedule appointments.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Basic computer skills and familiarity

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience selling B2C.

Confidence in handling objections and turning "no" into "yes."

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products/services and markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
