Role Description

This is a

full-time, on-site role

for a

Sales Representative (Telecalling)

at AK International, Worli, Mumbai.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Making

outbound calls

to potential customers and dealers. Providing detailed information about

products and services

. Handling

customer inquiries

efficiently and professionally. Maintaining accurate

call logs and lead databases

. Conducting

follow-ups

and converting leads into sales opportunities. Meeting

daily, weekly, and monthly sales/call targets

.

Qualifications

Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Strong

sales and negotiation

abilities.

Customer service

orientation with a positive attitude. Proficiency in

telecalling tools, CRM, and databases

. Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced work environment

. Prior experience in

telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement

roles preferred. Knowledge of

audio-video, home theatre, or luxury lifestyle products

is an advantage.

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
