Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail and wholesale outlets daily to promote and sell tea products.
Generate new leads and expand the distributor/dealer network.
Ensure product visibility and placement in retail stores.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activities regularly.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in
Tea Sales or FMCG field sales
preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
