Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their style and needs Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotional offers Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales Ensure the shop floor is tidy, organized, and visually appealing Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits Meet daily and monthly sales targets Collaborate with the team to manage stock and restocking Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
Requirements:

Prior experience in retail or sales (clothing/fashion preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion and styling Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Friendly, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
