Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads for real estate sales from company database. Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements Conduct site visits and present residential plots Close sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly Submit

daily sales reports

and coordinate with the Sales Manager Assist clients with booking and documentation process
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Experience in real estate or field sales preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and willing to work on-site Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + attractive incentives Growth opportunities based on sales performance.
