Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls/emails during night shift
Communicate with international clients (US/UK/other global markets)
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
Present and pitch products/services to prospective customers
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain client and sales data in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in sales or international calling (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working night shifts
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Target-driven and self-motivated
