Job Summary

We are looking for a

highly motivated Sales Executive

to drive B2B sales of PropFusion CRM across the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our CRM solution, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients (real estate brokers, agencies, developers) Conduct product demos of PropFusion CRM via calls or video meetings Understand client pain points and recommend suitable CRM solutions Manage the complete sales cycle: lead ? demo ? negotiation ? closure Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, follow-ups, conversions) Coordinate with support and onboarding teams for smooth client handover Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business & referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 1-4 years of experience in

B2B sales / SaaS sales / CRM sales

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus) Experience in cold calling, lead conversion, and negotiation Basic understanding of CRM systems and SaaS products Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability Comfortable with calls, demos, and follow-ups
Preferred Experience (Bonus)

Experience selling CRM, ERP, or real estate software Prior exposure to real estate industry clients Experience with inbound & outbound sales processes
