Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Present our products or services to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sale.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the company's products.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM software.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, and successfully close sales deals.
Product Knowledge:
Continuously update and expand your knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
Excellent negotiation skills.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
