Position Summary

The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for maximizing the in-store customer experience, driving sales through expert product knowledge, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring our products are displayed aesthetically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert in-store assistance to customers, actively engaging them to understand their needs and offering tailored design solutions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special orders with professionalism and a resolution-focused approach. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication. Assist in managing the client database, ensuring all sales and relationship notes are logged accurately. Invite repeat business by keeping clients informed of new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and store events. Execute and maintain the in-store display of products according to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a beautiful, inspiring, and clutter-free environment. Assist the Store Manager with inventory-related tasks, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing both on-display and off-the-shelf stock. Ensure the sales floor is continuously tidy, stocked, and ready for business.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Sunday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
