Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Sales Executive to oversee the bookings of our cab business. As a Sales Representative specializing in offline rides, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PNK CABS' market presence and increasing sales through offline channels. You will be responsible for forging strong relationships with potential customers, promoting our services, and facilitating bookings through direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Acquisition:

Identify and engage with potential customers in offline settings such as corporate offices, hotels, events, and other strategic locations.

Sales Promotion:

Effectively communicate PNK CABS' value proposition and service offerings to prospective clients to generate interest and drive conversions.

Booking Facilitation:

Assist customers in booking rides through offline channels, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event organizers, and hotel management, to secure partnerships and recurring business.

Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving predetermined sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for excellence in performance.

Market Insights:

Gather insights and feedback from customers to provide valuable input for product and service improvements, contributing to overall business growth.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Word for preparing MIS reports and other documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or service industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure partnerships. High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
