Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including services and software products.
Present and demonstrate product features and value propositions to clients.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and client presentations.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT services or software solutions.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and convey them in a business-relevant context.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with consultative, solution-based, or value-based selling methodologies.
Industry knowledge in verticals such as healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
