We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our team at our home decor store. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and queries Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions to enhance the customer's shopping experience Process sales using billing software and manage daily transactions accurately Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the backend team as needed Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail sales Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills A polite, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
