Job Description

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic

Inside Sales Executive

to handle incoming leads from

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

and our

Shopify website

. You will be responsible for engaging with customers on

WhatsApp

, resolving their queries, showcasing products, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, and website in a timely, professional manner Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products Share photos, pricing, and delivery timelines Create and manage draft orders on Shopify and send payment links Follow up with warm leads and close deals effectively Maintain lead tracker (Excel or CRM tool) Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team after order confirmation

Requirements:



Strong communication skills (Hindi and English) Prior experience in WhatsApp/chat-based selling preferred Ability to build customer trust and handle objections Basic computer skills - Excel, Shopify (training can be provided) Enthusiastic and eager to learn product features (wood types, finishes, etc.)
