We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right products, answering queries, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your goal is to drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions Assist with stock management, inventory, and visual merchandising Process sales transactions using systems accurately Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns courteously Maintain a clean and organized store environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sales and customer satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Basic math and computer skills Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
