Job Title: Sales Representative - Hotel Sales (U.S.-Based)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven U.S.-based Sales Representative to support the sales growth of our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing sales across room bookings, corporate accounts, group reservations, and hotel services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused sales approach within the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact inbound and outbound U.S.-based leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Qualify prospects and identify customer needs, including corporate travel, group bookings, long stays, and event-related accommodations
Present hotel offerings clearly and persuasively, including room types, rates, packages, amenities, and promotions
Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings
Negotiate rates and terms within approved guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM system
Build and manage relationships with U.S.-based corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and repeat guests
Coordinate with reservations, front office, and revenue management teams to ensure smooth booking fulfillment
Meet or exceed sales targets, call volume expectations, and revenue goals
Stay informed on U.S. travel trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activity
Provide professional customer service and handle objections effectively
Required Qualifications
Sales or telesales experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
Strong English communication skills with a professional phone presence
Comfortable working with U.S. clients and following U.S. business hours
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling
Experience using CRM systems or booking platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling hotels or travel services in the U.S. market
Corporate, group, or B2B hotel sales experience
Knowledge of U.S. time zones and business practices
