Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound
cold calls
to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed assigned
sales targets
and performance metrics.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development or senior sales team.
Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sales Representative
,
Telesales Executive
, or
Inside Sales Associate
.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
