As a Sales Representative at SwaLay, you will play a key role in expanding our artist base, promoting our distribution and marketing services, and driving revenue growth through artist acquisitions and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to independent artists, labels, and producers for partnership opportunities.
Present and promote SwaLay's services (music distribution, monetization, marketing, etc.) to potential clients.
Maintain relationships with existing artists and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with marketing and artist management teams for campaign execution.
Provide insights from the field to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for the music and entertainment industry.
Proven sales experience (preferably in media, music, or digital services).
Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
