Prospecting & Lead Generation

: Identifying and contacting potential customers through methods like cold calling, asking for referrals, or visiting existing/new clients.

Needs Assessment

: Understanding a client's problems, needs, and wants to offer suitable product or service solutions.

Product Presentation

: Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

Negotiation & Closing

: Discussing and agreeing on prices and terms with customers and finalizing sales agreements.

Customer Relationship Management

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including post-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales Targets

: Working to achieve specific sales goals or quotas set by the company.

Market Analysis

: Analyzing market potential and tracking sales to contribute to profitability.
