Role Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Agent
with proven experience selling
digital marketing, web development, or creative technology services
. The ideal candidate will be confident in lead generation, client pitching, and closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
This position starts on a
commission-based model
, with the potential to move to a
base + commission role
after showing consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new clients for our digital services.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from our service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals using CRM tools.
Compensation Structure
15% commission
on each successful sale (one-time).
7.5% recurring monthly commission
for each retained client under an active service plan.
Candidates must demonstrate measurable sales results before being considered for a
regular position
with a
base salary plus commission
.
Requirements
Proven experience selling
digital marketing, website, or software development services
(mandatory).
Understanding of digital technologies and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience selling to
U.S. or international clients
is a strong advantage.
