Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and at least 6 months of experience in a sales role. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our tech solutions. Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads to understand their business needs and determine if they are a good fit for Sootra Tech's solutions.
Clearly and effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via online meetings.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of
6 months
of professional experience in a sales or business development role.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A strong desire to learn about new technologies and a passion for sales.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite/Google Workspace.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience selling SaaS, software solutions, or technology services.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
A basic understanding of the software development industry.
