Attend walk-in customers & showcase project details, pricing & amenities
Conduct property visits and explain features of sample flats/units
Build trust and rapport with buyers to shorten decision cycles
Handle inquiries at site through calls, messages and walk-ins
Participate in on-site promotional activities & weekend event stalls
Office Coordination & Closing Support (20%)
Maintain records of leads, site visits, follow-ups and conversions
Coordinate booking paperwork, documentation & final closures
Work with CRM, marketing and management teams for smooth process flow
Prepare weekly sales reports and update managers on progress
Skills & Requirements
Gujarati fluency mandatory
(spoken + client-facing communication)
Strong convincing, presentation & negotiation ability
Confident, well-spoken and good at customer relationship building
Comfortable working on-site daily & handling multiple client visits
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge for reporting & follow-ups
Real estate experience preferred, but
freshers with good communication are welcome
