As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling company products directly to customers through door-to-door sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with customers. A company vehicle will be provided to support daily travel and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell company products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales, customer details, and feedback.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Take care of the company-provided vehicle and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in field sales or direct selling preferred (freshers can apply).
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (if applicable).
Willingness to work outdoors and travel daily.
