Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote hotel facilities and services (rooms, banquets, F&B, events, etc.) to maximize sales revenue.
Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals to close business deals.
Collaborate with the operations and events team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management review.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
hotel sales / hospitality sales
(minimum 2-4 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
